A stone cottage in the mountain, situated in a small unknown village, away from tourists and crowds. The villa can accommodate 8 people (max. 9). 1 bedroom with double queen bad, another bedroom with double queen bad, 1 kids bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 separate single bed .In the living room there is 1 sofa bed for one person/2 if you are real enthusiasts ;)..The bathroom has a bathtub (please be aware that this is a mountain cottage and in some dry periods the water is less, so be mindful). The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a long and short term stay, coffee machine with capsules, washing machine, dishwasher, utilities. The terrace is overlooking the Rodopi mountain, there are big table and chairs for a outside dinner or lunch, barbeque is also available 🙂 NETFLIX and Disney + available on the Smart TV. For fun evenings -board games such as Dix it, chest, Domino etc. In the kitchen you can find local herbs and make a wonderful tea with natural honey. Zlatograd is 1 hour away, Smolyan is 30 minutes away, Pamporovo is 50 minutes away, Momchilova krepost is 20 minutes away, Momchilovtzi is 40 minutes away, Banite with its mineral springs, hydro and balneotherapy centre is 45 minutes away. In the region there are many eco paths. In the village there is no shop, there are around 50 local residents. In the nearest village, 10 minutes from Selishte (Taran) you can find shops and even a restaurant called KANTONA. Must try in the region is patatnik, baklava, bean salad, rodopski klin, trahana and so many more. Enjoy some cozy evenings with the fireplace in the living room ( wood not included in the price). The house is located at 1000 m. In the mountain and the forest is just behind the house,the outdoor space is with unevenness To reach the house from the street below you should be aware that there are stairs ,so guests with physical disabilities can not access. The parking spot is just below.There is no fence around the property.
