Brand new 2022 apartment, located 5 min away, walking, from New Bulgarian University. Close to Hospital "Doverie" , Hospital "Serdika" and Hospital "Zdraveto". The apartments have everything you need for a short or long stay - king size bed, dining area, modern bathroom with toilet, fully equipped kitchen, wardrobe with hangers, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony where you can smoke, etc. They are perfect for a romantic getaway, business travels, solo travellers, students and everyone who enjoys modern designs combined with cosiness and quiet atmosphere. The area around the university is one of a kind. It is mainly populated with young people - students and families - who make the neighbourhood vibrant and unique. There are cafes, restaurants and shisha bars - perfect for a night out. There is a park nearby and few medical centers. The guests can find big supermarkets such as Billa, Fantastico and Pepco, as well as non-stop shops right next to the building. There is a metro station 5 min away, and a bus station right in front of the apartment. If you need some tips on how to get by, we are always a text or a call away! ^.^
Hello, we are WOW Apartments, located in Ovcha Kupel, Sofia, Bulgaria. We understand how important travelling is to all of us, especially in those times. This is why, as a host, we give the maximum of our self to make you feel at home and not worried about your stay! We are always available if you have any questions ^.^
Ovcha Kupel is fairly new neighbourhood. It has its student part, thanks to New Bulgarian University, but is also known for its hospitality by the young families. It is getting more and more diverse every day. 5 minutes from the property there is a metro station which gets you to the city center in less than 20 minutes. There are few hospitals and rehabilitation facilities around that make our apartments perfect for your visitations or procedures. For the nature lovers the neighbourhood is also giving. There are few parks and if you feel like skiing or just want to get out of the city for the day you can always go hiking, the mountain is 15 minutes by car and there is also direct public transport.
