On your arrival, you will be received at the reception so that we agree with you on the conditions of your stay.

Water and gas are free but electricity is your responsibility. In fact we have card counters which already contain units. Before your integration, we raise the index. Then at the time of your departure we raise the final index.

The difference of the final and initial index represents your consumption. The latter will be multiplied by 300F. This will represent your electricity consumption. To this consumption, we add 1000F which constitutes the cost of maintaining the yard.

Your net to pay is therefore the sum displayed by booking + electricity consumption + 1000F.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Medical monitoring is available for guests quarantined due to coronavirus (COVID-19). This may be provided in person or virtually, depending on the property type and location.

A damage deposit of € 20 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
