Authentic Colonial House, formerly the Royal Audience of Charcas. Located in the heart of the city. This historic downtown is recognized as Unesco World Heritage. nearby are shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, as well as bars for those interested in the nightlife.

Right in the heart of the city, just one block from the main square and the Cathedral. This area is recognized as cultural heritage of humanity by the UNESCO The House used to be the Royal audience of Charcas in colonial times. It's surrounded by beautiful buildings, that mix the daily life with the image of what the city used to be. Sucre, the first capital of Bolivia, was founded by the Spanish in the first half of the 16th century. Its many well-preserved 16th-century religious buildings, such as San Lázaro, San Francisco, and Santo Domingo, illustrate the blending of local architectural traditions with styles imported from Europe.
