Spacious and cozy two-story apartment with a full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, oven/microwave), two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers, toiletries, and an iron. A spacious living room with cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and free private parking (reservation required).

A quiet, safe residential area with easy access via multiple main avenues, the community we're located in features green areas, a playground, and a sports field with outdoor exercise equipment. We're 20 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from the bus terminal, and 15 minutes from the city center. Public transportation is right outside the door. A convenience store is located on the property, along with a pharmacy and ATMs 50 meters away. The area has a variety of restaurants and cafes.
