Os Apartamentos são no estilo loft (mesmo cômodo com vários ambientes). Não possuem quartos separados, mas sim dois ambientes (na parte de cima tem um mezanino como se fosse um segundo andar). Possuem ar condicionado, tv a cabo, cozinha privativa com utensílios básicos, banheiro privativo, roupa de cama e toalha de banho. Eles ficam localizados no centro do Abraão, em frente ao cais de turismo, próximos ao comércio local, lojas, restaurantes, farmácia, mercados e alguns passos da areia da praia. Lembrando que não é permitido colocar mais que o limite de pessoas por apartamento, mesmo se for criança.
