**Book Santos reserves the right to charge a security deposit, to be paid via PIX within the designated timeframe, even after the reservation is confirmed by Booking.** **Important information for your apartment check-in and check-out:** After the reservation is confirmed: • We request the information of all guests via a form. • After verification, a rental agreement will be prepared. • Once the agreement is confirmed, the entry authorization is sent to the condominium. • On the morning of your arrival, you will receive all the necessary instructions for a smooth stay. **Check-in:** • From 3:00 PM onwards, please report to the front desk (open 24 hours). • ID documents for all guests are required at check-in. • Send the documents at least 1 day in advance. • For same-day reservations: send them at least 2 hours in advance. • The entry authorization is sent by 9:00 PM — if you plan to arrive after that time, the documents must be sent beforehand. **Check-out:** • Must be completed by 11:00 AM. • Simply inform the host when leaving — there is no need to wait for anyone. **Early check-in:** • Check availability with the host. • If available, the previous day must be blocked at a half-daily rate (prepayment required). • For arrival before 6:00 AM on the check-in day, an additional night must be booked. **Late check-out:** • Check availability with the host. • If available, the following day will be blocked at a half-daily rate (prepayment required). • For departures after 11:00 PM, an additional night must be booked. **Our support center will contact you shortly after your reservation and is available daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM to assist you with any needs!**
