IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; - Check-out: until 11:00 AM; - If any issue arises requiring the host to visit the property after 8:00 PM, a convenience fee will apply; - Bed/bath linens and extra cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - Guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity and not registered in the reservation are not allowed;- - Smoking is not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to fines; - Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; - Any violation of the condominium/neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest, including fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning of the property and for the change of bed linens and towels during the period. - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide documentation to confirm their information. * The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom are provided, along with sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.

Jurerê is a neighborhood known for its calm-water beaches and high quality of life. The neighborhood's attractions extend across its two beaches, Jurerê Tradicional and Jurerê Internacional. A walk or bike ride along the Passeio dos Namorados is a must-do, as the waterfront connecting the two beaches offers an incredible view, perfect for photos and physical exercise. A few steps from the waterfront is the Fortaleza de São José da Ponta Grossa, a historic 18th-century fortress that was part of the island's defense system against invasions. The site features trails and viewpoints with panoramic views of Jurerê and Daniela beaches and the mainland. For those looking for more excitement, Jurerê Internacional has some of the best beach clubs and parties in the region. It's also possible to enjoy the neighborhood's gastronomy, which has options for every taste. By car, it's easy to get to Praia de Canasvieiras, Praia da Daniela, and Praia do Forte, known for the Fortaleza de Santo Antônio de Ratones. There's also the fort on Ilha de Anhatomirim, which you can get to by schooner.
