One-bedroom apartments equipped with full kitchen, TV, sofa bed and bed. The units have: bedroom (bathroom is ensuite) with air conditioning and a double bed, as well as a living room with fan and a sofa-bed. The kitchens have a refrigerator, stove, microwave, utensils, pots, dishes etc. The bathroom has an electric shower. Besides the apartment, you can count on some services for your comfort, such as: 24-hour reception, swimming pool (closed on Mondays and evenings), daily maid service in the morning , and card-like key (extra security). At an extra charge, you can also hire the services of: laundry, fitness center and restaurant by the pool. We do not provide breakfast, but we can indicate nearby places to buy ingredients or to have a snack. We can also indicate a reliable driver to pick up / drop off at the airport at a fixed cost.

We are a family interested in art and culture, history, antique cars and, of course, travel. We love to get in touch with the guests and help them in any way we can. We can also give tips on cultural attractions, events and lesser known tourist attractions. If you need anything, if you have any criticisms or suggestions, please contact us while you are still staying here, that way we will try to meet any needs, in order to make your stay more comfortable.

The apartment is located a few meters from the renovated Orla da Barra, with bike path and ample space for walks by the sea. This is a residential neighborhood and everything you need is around: bicycle rental (300m), supermarket and bakery (700m), restaurants and cafes (700m), beaches (the Ondina is 10min walk and the Farol da Barra 30min walk), UFBA (20min by foot or 8min by car), Historical Center / Pelourinho (10min by car or 30min by bus). The neighborhood is called Jardim Apipema (to be more precise, it is in the border between "Jardim Apipema" and "Ondina"), it a higher middle class are (the value of m2 is among the most expensive in the city) and there are frequent police patrols. Like every great Brazilian city, however, it is good to be aware when leaving with valuables (avoid using cell phones on the street). If you need driver references for tours or information with cultural and tourist tips, we will be happy to help!
