The holiday home in Piçarras! It's our family's beach house and we hope it brings you as much happiness as it did ours! Large house, with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 living and dining rooms, kitchen with barbecue and wood stove. It is 400m from the beach in an area with all the facilities for you to gather the family and enjoy! It is divided into a main house and a small building, has a remote-controlled entrance gate, a covered garage for 3 cars and an uncovered garage for 5 or 6 additional cars. We use solar energy to heat water in the bathrooms and kitchen and we use rainwater to flush the bathrooms and external taps. The house has wifi internet and alarm. The main house has a living and dining room on the ground floor with a fireplace, toilet and 1 suite with a double bed and work space and air conditioning. There is also a kitchen with an induction stove, barbecue, wood stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and prepared to accommodate up to 20 people. On the second floor there is a family room with fireplace, guest bathroom, balcony, 1 suite with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. All rooms and suites have air conditioning. The building has 3 covered garages on the ground floor, a complete bathroom, laundry room and a bedroom with a double bed (without air conditioning). On the second floor there is a living and dining room, kitchen with 4-burner gas stove and refrigerator, suite with a double bed and a tri-bed, air conditioning and a balcony. We have 8 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas and a beach chair transport cart that turns into a table for you to enjoy the beach even more!

Hello! My name is Maurício, I'm 55 years old and I live in Joinville. The Piçarras house is our vacation home, but as it is very close to Joinville, it was built to even serve as our main residence. I have lived in the US and South Africa. My native language is Portuguese, but I speak English, Spanish and I can understand French and Italian.

The name of the city of Balneário Piçarras, in Santa Catarina, originates from the "piçarra", a clay rock abundant in the municipality's subsoil. We are close to the beach (400m or 1/4 mile) that has a boardwalk spanning 2km (1 1/4mile)with beautiful views and close to another 14 beaches, Beto Carrero World (park), Blumenau, Balneário Camboriú and many other cities and tourist attractions!
