Casa Bem-Viver is a vacation home located on Rua Santa Luzia, in the city of Barreirinhas, state of Maranhão. It is inside the Estancia Mangaba Condominium, CEP 65.590-000. To be able to enter the place, talk to Márcia, a girl who lives in front of it, she has the key and the control of the gate.

In the region of the house we have a pier with access to the Preguiça River, great for boating and fishing. It has refreshing water with a great view. Around we also have some houses, our neighbors.
