Casas Capulana started in 2014, when we started the rehabilitation of a simple fisherman's house, which we transformed into Casa Capulana. Between 2020 and 2021 we added five houses and a large pool that is shared by all houses.
The name "Capulana" was chosen by the owners who are a Brazilian-Greek couple, who currently live in Mozambique. In this African country, Capulanas are colored cloths used by women to beautify their daily lives and that inspired the decoration of their homes.

Casas Capulana is located in the center of Icaraí de Amontada, 200 meters from the beach and within walking distance to all the main restaurants, markets and bars.
Casas Capulana is a condominium of five independent houses, each with its own fenced garden, with a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, living rooms with fans, TV, Wi-Fi and a balcony with barbecue. The condominium has a large swimming pool that is shared by all the houses and each house has a parking available for 2 cars in a single row. Pets are welcome (maximum 2 per house)!
Casas Capulana has a team that guarantees the maintenance of the houses, the pool and the garden. The houses are delivered clean and with bed, table and bath linen. During the guests' stay, the cleaning service and change of bed linen takes place after three days of accommodation.
The location and configuration of the houses allow you to relax in one of the hammocks, swim in the pool, enjoy the barbecue on the balconies, walk to the beach and still be in the center of the village, with access to markets, restaurants and bars.
