Well-located house, close to several points of interest: 2 minutes from the Federal Police headquarters 6 minutes from Bacacheri Park, the Egyptian Museum, and the Ca’dore Gastronomic Hub Around 8 minutes from Couto Pereira Stadium and Santa Mônica Country Club About 10 minutes from Downtown Easy access to the Botanical Garden via Linha Verde, 8 minutes Close to Smart Fit Gym Nearby neighborhoods: Bacacheri, Santa Cândida, Boa Vista, and Cabral The property is just one block from a full-service bakery and a pizzeria, and four blocks from a large supermarket. Additionally, there is a bus stop just steps from the gate, with direct service to the largest terminal in the area. The entire house is for the exclusive and private use of the guest, including the backyard, which is enclosed with a wall and has an electronic gate. The property is not located in a gated community.
