Welcome! House with 150 m2 with porcelain tile. Very cozy and refined of a real beach house. 100 meters from the beach. Perfect for those who want to relax and / or kitesurf ... It has grass around. Refrigerator, stove, chilled mineral water, projected lighting. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 Master suite. It has 1 social bathroom, space to barbecue and catch a wonderful sun of Macapá. 2 bedrooms have double box beds and the others have Ortobom brand single beds and 1 double inflatable mattress. The house is for RENT and SALE! We offer lots for sale as well. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED AND WANT TO NEGOTIATE IT IS JUST TO TALK TO ME THROUGH THE INSTA! (jeansdiasc) Perfect for those who want to rest or sail with their kitesurfing. Distance of 100 meters from the beach. Beside the Pousadas Oca na Praia and Brisa mares. Whole house in porcelanato.
