Two-story house. Located in a gated community, close to Patacho Beach, small local markets, with easy access to shops and tourist attractions. The house offers amenities such as a swimming pool, barbecue area, beer fridge, 3 air-conditioned suites, a 50-inch TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor, the house has 3 air-conditioned suites. It accommodates up to 8 guests; however, please note that one of the sleeping arrangements is non-conventional (3 double beds + a trundle bed + a sofa bed). On the ground floor, there is a half bathroom, a living room integrated with the kitchen, and a table for light meals. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a 4-burner stove with oven, and a water dispenser. In the gourmet outdoor area, guests will enjoy a parrilla-style barbecue, a wooden dining table, a beer fridge, and a swimming pool to make the most of the day. Except for a small storage room inside the master bedroom, guests have access to the entire house. Other notes: All suites are air-conditioned; however, the living room has a fan. Bed linen and bath towels, electricity (up to 10 kWh per day is included), Wi-Fi, and water are included in the daily rate. We provide bed linen and towels for up to 8 guests, which is the maximum occupancy allowed. The number of guests must be informed at the time of booking; any changes must be communicated in advance. Extra linen sets are available at an additional cost of forty reais. Please remember to turn off lights and air conditioners when leaving the house. Regarding the cleaning fee: if you prefer to bring your own bed linen and bath towels, we can negotiate the cleaning fee. The house is located 1,200 meters from Patacho Beach. We recommend having a car to better explore the area, as ride-hailing apps are not yet available.

The house is located in a gated community along the Rota Ecológica dos Milagres, close to Patacho Beach, which holds the international Blue Flag certification. It is also near small local markets, with easy access to shops and tourist attractions. We recommend having a car to better explore the region, as there are many wonderful places to discover, with the possibility of day trips to Carneiros, São José da Coroa Grande, Maragogi, Japaratinga, and São Miguel dos Milagres. Porto de Pedras, where the house is located, sits right in the middle of these destinations. Along the Rota, ride-hailing apps such as Uber and 99 are not yet available. There are few taxis, with motorcycle taxis and vans (which run on limited schedules) being the most commonly used means of transportation.
