Property info

We are a family that likes to offer our guests a house with a rich green area, at the foot of Moreno do Moreno, and a few meters from the beach. Ideal for those who enjoy sports, as we are located in a region of sports (track, hiking, free flight and abseiling); and we have an outdoor pool and shower. We have parking inside our area.

Neighborhood info

We are located at the foot of Morro do Moreno, 300 meters from the beach, great for walking, and exploring an unusual view of the bay of Vitória and the Convento da Penha. The Praia da Costa neighborhood is located in a prime area for beauty and quality of life, with beautiful beaches that allow the practice of various sports, tourist attractions such as Convento da Penha, Farol de Santa Luzia, Prainha park and Morro do Moreno with beautiful view of Vitoria shore and very popular for extreme sports. We’re close to malls, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy and supermarkets. The area is close to the Garoto Chocolate Factory for commercial tourism. In addition to easy access to “Terceira Ponte”, which provides access to the capital Vitoria!
