Casa Ofir has cleaning and cooking services not included in the rate, upon request in advance and availability of professionals. Cook and/or chef and maids if they work during the stay will be at the expense of the guest and arrangements will be made with the professional.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the accommodations prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement in time, they should contact the company managing the accommodations using the number on the booking confirmation.

During the rental period, the fines imposed by the condominium on the unit, for noncompliance with the internal regulations and convention, will be the responsibility of the guest, as well as other damages caused to the property and accessories, third parties and to the condominium by the occupants of the house.

Casa Ofir will provide house rules, bylaws and condominium convention.

Energy and water consumption will be charged, with the prevailing tariffs being energy R$ 1.35 per kw/h and water R$ 35.00 per m3. Measurements will be noted at check-in and check-out and accounting will be carried out.

If the number of guests as contracted in the reservation made through the booking platform is exceeded, a fine of 20% of the daily rate per day will be charged for each person.

Visits will not be allowed during the period of stay, 400 reais will be charged per Qrcode/day requested.

Staying in the property after the contracted period and time will imply the payment of R$ 200.00 (Two hundred reais) per person who exceeds every hour until the time of definitive vacancy.

The lessee will enter the property accompanied by the lessor or a person of their trust, and an inspection will be made of the condition of the property and furniture. Any damage detected at the time of the inspection will be noted, at the request of the tenant, in this contract. At the time of leaving the property, a new inspection will be carried out.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00.

A damage deposit of R$ 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
