Surrounded by vegetation and tranquility, it’s the perfect place for those seeking contact with nature. The house is new, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, complete linens, and a wood-burning stove that warms the space and preserves the charm of traditional homes in the Serra Catarinense. The water comes naturally from the forest and is drinkable. There’s 100 Mb/s internet, curtains on all windows, parking for two cars, and ample space for families, couples, or groups of friends. Pets are welcome, but please bring their essentials. We offer a simple, comfortable, and affordable stay—made for good people to experience the spirit of the mountains.

ABOUT THE HOSTS: We’re a family improving this space with care. I manage the listing and guest communication until check-in, while my parents, who live next door to Peach Tree House, welcome the guests. They built the house to share the warmth and calm rhythm of country life, balancing hospitality with their daily work in family farming. We’re originally from Urubici (though I now live in Florianópolis) and know the region well. We’re always happy to suggest local experiences and attractions. I’m available to answer questions, adjust check-in or check-out times, and assist as an interpreter if needed.

ABOUT THE LOCATION: Peach Tree House is located in a quiet rural neighborhood where life follows the peaceful rhythm of the countryside. Along the main road there are a few homes, but the landscape is dominated by green fields, crops, and preserved native forest. Most residents live from family farming, keeping the region’s rural traditions alive. Walking or cycling along the dirt roads is a great way to enjoy the nature, birdsong, and pure air typical of Urubici. The mountain climate brings mild summers (15 °C – 26 °C), cool autumns and springs, and cold winters with frequent frost and occasional snowfall.
