Full of details from the Art Nouveau Era. This Colonial House is full of romantic details, hand crafted heart shaped wood windows, 12ft high ceiling, curved cast iron banister, flower molding, curved arched hallways are what make this home a, one-of-a-kind place. The suites, although maintaine much of the original architecture are equipped with all the modern details, Modern Bathroom, Smart TV, Electronic Safe, Comfortable High Quality Hotel Mattress, Split Air Conditioner and quality WiFi….. In addition to the rooms, there is a terrace and garden space available to watch the boardwalk, lay in the sun, watch the stars, enjoy a meal or drinks….. Breakfast is available and served on the terrace or in the room. Located directly in front of Porto da Barra beach.

Neighborhood info

Porto da Barra neighborhood has a new boardwalk, built in 2014 during the World Cup. The street is now limited to 30km/hr and one way. The neighborhood with many restaurants bakeries and bars where you can sit, eat, drink and listen to some music while enjoying the ocean front view. The neighborhood has everything within walking distance, grocery market, money exchange, hospital, pharmacy, 24 hour police post, stand up rental, bike rental, shopping mall.....
