The property, as a whole, covers approximately 2000 square meters, with a constructed area of ​​26 square meters, consisting of an 18-square-meter container-type studio with a double bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette, plus an 8-square-meter covered veranda with a table and sofa, surrounded by three sliding glass doors (which can be locked). There is also an external service area with a sink, as well as a fire pit, a portable barbecue, and a pergola (which can also be used as a garage) with a hammock hook on each of its four wooden pillars, allowing for the use of two hammocks. The property has various types of trees, including native, ornamental, and fruit trees, among which are coffee plants, jaboticaba trees, mango trees, banana trees, lemon trees, and tomato plants. Furthermore, it offers views of the Serra de Capanema mountain range.
