Excelente e espaçoso apto de 2 Q, condominio residencial familiar, Portaria e segurança. Região tranquila com farmácia, supermercado e restaurantes nas proximidades. Acomoda até 06 pessoas, 02 Q com camas de casal e um sofá cama na sala de estar. Cozinha completa com fogão, geladeira, micro-ondas e utensílios gerais para cozinha.
Fausto Neto é o Sindico do Condomínio e mora na propriedade. Qualquer problema ele resolve imediatamente.
