I am a lover of sailing sports, especially kite-surfing, which it has become my work, Indeed I own a school of kite-surfing in Italy, Lake Garda, open from March to October, (Kite Center Garda Lake) and I have known Cumbuco more than ten years ago, traveling in search of the best kite spots in the world.

The new apartments are located in a very nice complex " residence cumbuco " with garden and swimming pool, reception, parking, anti-intrusion system and night surveillance. Each apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with kitchen, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator 275l double compartment, private porch furnished with armchairs and hammock, a very useful box / cellar for storage, for example, the equipment sporty.

FANTASTIC POSITION OF THE APARTMENTS in RESIDENCE CUMBUCO , for those who make sport activities, for those who enjoy long walks on the beach or sunbathing. Just 30 m from the beach and beach bar restaurant, directly on the best Cumbuco kite-spot. Ideal for vacationing friends, young couples, Sport freaks, for shorter or longer holidays. Conveniently located near Cumbuco, reachable on foot in 5 minutes and at only half hour drive from the airport of Fortaleza.
