We have fully furnished Kitnets (Studio / Loft) just 240 meters from Vila Beach. New property with all new furniture and appliances. Quiet, safe place, with peace and a whole infrastructure around. Come enjoy our hospitality, and a preserved and native nature. Vila Beach in Imbituba is suitable for swimming, fishing and sports activities such as surfing, volleyball, freshnessball, kytesurf, among others.
The Kitnet (Studio / Loft) is 25m² and includes a laundry room with a tank and clothesline, a bathroom, and a combined bedroom and kitchen. For your convenience, refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stove, pots, crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, air conditioning, Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. We also offer towels, pillows, and all bedding. We value quality, hygiene and comfort so you have a great stay.

The Vila Nova neighborhood is very quiet and with a great infrastructure with supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. It is easily accessible by the BR 101 in both south and north direction.
