On the ground floor there is a WC and a large living room with a combined kitchen. In this space of the house, the high ceiling integrates and harmonizes the light. From the living room you have access to the winter garden, with plants and a hammock to relax. On the upper floor is the suite with air conditioning, closet, ceiling fan, airy and well lit; with balcony and access to the terrace. Also on this floor, the mezzanine forms the second bedroom, with a balcony, ceiling fan, good ventilation and natural light, open room with a view of the living room. The garden is large, with many plants and flowers. When you come back from the beach you have a nice shower to cool off.
