IMPORTANT: - NOTE: No parking space available. - NOTE: We inform that the grills (1 in the pool area and 2 on the 5th floor) are available by reservation through the app, with a usage fee. - NOTE: The laundry is available without reservation, with a usage fee charged by OMO. - NOTE: The room temperature pool (not heated), the gym, and the game room are available without reservation and at no additional charge. - NOTE: Bowling alley under maintenance for an indefinite period. GENERAL RULES: - Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM; - Checkout: by 11 AM; - If any problem occurs that requires the host to travel to the property after 8 PM, there will be a convenience fee. - Extra bed/bath linens and cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - Entry of guests and/or visitors exceeding the property's capacity and not registered in the reservation is prohibited; - Smoking is not permitted; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to fine; - Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM; - Any disrespect to the condo/neighborhood rules is the guest's responsibility, as well as fines. - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning of the property and the change of bed linens and towels during the period. * The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest desires an extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom are provided, as well as bed sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
