André Vasconcelos' kitchen is like an open history book, where ingredients intertwine in a cultural broth enriched by his incessant curiosity.
Known for the Bistrô Muito Além do Jardim, his culinary approach values simplicity, good ingredients, and international culinary techniques.
Since childhood, André's passion for food was evident, but it was his move to Florianópolis in the 1990s that marked the beginning of his culinary journey, where he created traditions, such as the famous gnocchi of fortune.
