The one bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom (equal size) also has a king size bed and a single bed mattress tucked under. They both have desk spaces and area for your clothes. The lower level (entrance level) has a large bedroom with a king size bed and 2 single beds with a single mattress tucked under one of the beds. The lower level has a totally equipped gourmet kitchen and barbecue with easy access to the large outside patio and pool. The 2nd kitchen may also provide extra privacy when coming with 2 families. The pool has a UV protected cover. The patio by the pool also has a covered area making this a favorite spot to sit during the day with a cool drink! Lounge chairs are provided for those who like to relax and enjoy the sun or shade. Outside shower by the pool. Fence and gates protect the pool area. Original artwork on the walls. One extra half bathroom downstairs for easy access. Laundry space with washing machine and plenty of lines to dry your clothes. Rooftop patio with view. Mineral water available at no charge. We lived in Brazil for 10 years and loved the culture and land so much it, we dreamed of having a place of our own while visiting regularly. The private complex is quiet and safe. The beach is about 500 meters away. There are many restaurant options from fast food to fine dining along the beach area - just minutes away. There are some smaller local stores that offer basic food items, fruits and veggies. There is also a fantastic bakery at Sao Luiz Galleria. For more grocery options Sao Jose is just 8 minutes away by car. Close to Antunes Beach, Barra Grande, Maragogi, and Japaratinga.
