A rustic, welcoming retreat nestled in nature—ideal for couples and families looking to relax in total comfort in the heart of the Atlantic Forest. Our property operates as a charming country cottage village with shared grounds. We offer two independent, fully equipped houses; each group rents their own house with complete privacy (bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens for the exclusive use of your group). Regarding the property layout: Our site features an on-site snack bar and fishing ponds that are open to the general public on weekends, so the ponds and lawn areas are shared with these visitors. However, the pool area is strictly for the exclusive use of guests staying in the two houses, ensuring privacy and tranquility for swimming and relaxing. Located in Juquitiba, just 5 km from the BR-116 highway with fully paved access right up to the entrance, the property combines convenient, quick access with the delightful feeling of being in the countryside. Our rustic facilities and leisure amenities include: Winter Comfort: Houses equipped with thick blankets, cozy wood-paneled interiors, and high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi. Private Pool: Adult and children's pools for the exclusive use of guests staying in the two houses. On-site Leisure: Recreational fishing ponds, pool and foosball tables, a children's playground, a trampoline, and a beautiful outdoor fire pit area. House Features: Each house has its own veranda, a full kitchen for preparing meals, and a private barbecue grill. Extra Amenities: Free on-site parking and a snack bar serving appetizers and drinks for your convenience.
Our property has been in the family since 2009, and we have been welcoming guests since 2019; we live on-site to provide all necessary support, placing great value on nature conservation and a welcoming, family-like atmosphere.
Juquitiba offers a variety of ecotourism and adventure options—such as rafting, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, and activities amidst the Atlantic Forest—in addition to the VIVA Ecological Water Park, located just 2.7 km from the property. It is an ideal destination for relaxing, enjoying nature, and experiencing special moments close to São Paulo.
