According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. The law applies to foreigners as well and in such cases, the passport will be necessary instead of the ID.

When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The value of the pet fee is BRL 90 plus 3 percent ISS per day.

We accept small animals, up to 14 in for dogs and 12 in for cats.

In the halls, pets can only be placed on their guardian's lap; they are not allowed in the restaurant or swimming pool. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.
