According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarised and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24 hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Use of Provisional Estimated Tax Rates: For all negotiations, group quotes, and bookings scheduled to take place from 01/01/2027 onwards and made prior to the publication of the definitive regulation, we will provisionally adopt an estimated tax rate of 5.7percent for CBS (based on technical studies by ROIT) and 0.1percent for IBS, while maintaining the regular application of each municipality's standard ISS. Automated Post Definition Adjustment: As soon as the government officially publishes the definitive IBS and CBS tax rates (expected by the end of September), Atlantica will formally issue announcements updating the percentages and readjusting the highlighted tax amounts to ensure tax accuracy and the correct right to tax credits, without the need for amendments to already executed contracts.

The rates and commercial conditions applicable to lodging periods starting on January 1, 2027, take into account the new tax regime resulting from the Consumption Tax Reform, under the terms of Constitutional Amendment No. 132/2023, Complementary Law No. 214/2025, and the applicable regulations for CBS, IBS, and other applicable taxes.

During the transition period and while the current regime and the new tax model coexist, the values ​​may include ISS, CBS, IBS, and other applicable taxes, according to the legislation in force on the date of the taxable event.

If legal, regulatory, or rate changes imply a tax burden different from that considered in the formation of the rates, the values ​​may be adjusted proportionally, with prior or simultaneous notification, in order to preserve the economic and financial balance of the contract.

The invoices and corresponding tax documents will comply with the tax regime applicable at the time of the transaction, with the details and information required by current legislation.
