According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. It is necessary to present a original ID with photo or birth certificate of the minor and a valid ID of the adult.

If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, a written authorization is need for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 15 kg and surcharge.

It is mandatory to present the PET vaccine card at check-in. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
