According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Pets are welcome, only upon requesting directly from the hotel.

It is mandatory to present a vaccination card up to date.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

The hotel does not have parking, but attached to the hotel building, there is the company Sensus Park which has extra costs. Rates and availability must be consulted.

The hotel requires the use of a wristband indoors to identify the guest, which will be given upon arrival.

Please note that, from 08/05 to 05/06/2023 the Dry and Steam Saunas and the jacuzzi will be under construction, therefore, temporarily deactivated.
