According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

• The pet friendly service is limited to just one animal per apartment. Only small dogs and cats (weight up to 10 kg and/or height up to 16 in from paws to shoulders) from 4 months of age are allowed;

• Pet accommodations costs R$ 100.00 per day + ISS, in addition to the daily rate. The reservation must be made directly with the unit in question;

• It is mandatory to present the animal's updated vaccination card, including the anti-rabies vaccine, during check-in;

• Confirm with the hotel which category of apartment will be available for the pet friendly service;
