📍Important information for your check-in and check-out: After making your reservation: • Book Santos reserves the right to charge a security deposit, to be paid via PIX within a designated period, even after the reservation has been confirmed by Booking. • We request the details of all guests via a form. • After checking, we will send a rental agreement • After the agreement is confirmed, the entry authorization is sent to the condominium. • On the day of check-in, in the morning, you will receive all the instructions for a peaceful stay. Check-in: • From 3:00 pm onwards, show up at the reception (open 24 hours). • All guests' documents are required upon check-in. • Send the documents at least 1 day in advance. • For same-day reservations: send them at least 2 hours in advance. • The entry authorization is sent by 9:00 pm — if you are arriving after this time, the documents must be sent before. Check-out: • Must be done by 11:00 am. • Just inform the host when you are leaving — there is no need to wait for anyone. 📍Your reservation includes: • Bed linen, pillows and towels (except pool/beach towels), according to the number of paying guests, as follows: The double bed will be prepared with sheets and 2 pillows, 1 bath towel per person, there is 1 face towel and 1 floor towel per bathroom and 1 blanket available in the apartment. The items for the sofa bed are inside the closet/drawer, if the reservation is for more than 2 people. If you need extra linen, please contact us to check the rental price. • Kitchen equipped for your convenience; • Access to the pools and other areas of the condominium, according to internal rules; • Cleaning carried out by our team before your arrival, ensuring that the apartment is ready to welcome you with comfort and quality.
