NOTE: The building has a shared laundry room with a professional washing machine and dryer, which can be used by guests for a fee. NOTE 2: The apartment has 24-hour paid parking right in front. It has paid street parking and rotating by hour during the day and free at night. IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; - Check-out: until 11:00 AM; - If any issue arises requiring the host to visit the property after 8:00 PM, a convenience fee will apply; - Bed/bath linens and extra cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - Guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity and not registered in the reservation are not allowed;- - Smoking is not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to fines; - Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; - Any violation of the condominium/neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest, including fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning of the property and for the change of bed linens and towels during the period. - The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. - One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom are provided, along with sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee. - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide documentation to confirm their information.

The city center is quite small and can be easily explored on foot in a few hours. Setting aside a morning or an afternoon to get to know it is an interesting program that can yield beautiful photos. You can visit several tourist points such as Praça Fernando Machado, Praça XV de Novembro, the Public Market of Florianópolis and, still, there are the beautiful landscapes of Beira-Mar Norte. Nightlife in the center is very busy, with several options of bars, restaurants, shows and nightclubs. Even outside the summer season, there is always movement. You can choose between quiet places with live music, performances by alternative bands, nightclubs, a bar with a dance floor or outdoors.
