This beautiful 3 story Town House is the perfect place near the city centre for up to 8 people.
Very ambitious real estate developer who loves to find adventure and meet new people during his free time.
The location is so perfect that a rental car is not needed as public transportation literally passes in front of the property or you can walk to most of the main attractions. Within a 1 mile radius is restaurants, Fish Fry Eating District, Ardastra Gardens Zoo, Forte Charlotte, Downtown Nassau, Junkanoo & Goodmans Bay beaches & the BahMar Mega Resort. Most importantly Saunders beach literally across the street:-)!
