Newly renovated & tastefully furnished 2-storey Villa with hurricane impact windows and doors - steps away from Saunders Beach and Junkanoo Beach. The Villa provides guests with 2 bedrooms with ensuite private bathrooms (upstairs); Bedroom 1 (Queen bed) and Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds which can be converted to a king bed) Villa contains the following amenities: Fully air-conditioned; backup power generation; 2 private courtyards with outdoor dining and lounge areas; private covered Bahama reading & meditation room; Two- 43" flatscreen T.Vs, free wifi, Amazon Firestick, Netflix, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator &freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker and keurig maker, in unit washer & dryer, living room with queen sleeper sofa and 6-seater dining room, 1/2 guest bath, security alarm system, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, Front courtyard and balconies with lounge chairs, northern courtyard with outdoor dining area. within one mile walking distance of local eateries, fish fry, tourist and local attractions, downtown and world-famous straw market.

Also in walking distance is the Ardastra Gardens Zoo and Botanical Gardens for all the nature lovers; and Fort Charlotte for the historians! While downtown, you can purchase designer shoes, bags, jewelry, tobacco, cigars, your favorite wine or beverage, and local straw goods, wood and artwork from the world-famous Straw Market. You can also visit the wine distillery, National Art Gallery and historic Churches...
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood in Western Nassau. With open green space, and ocean views. We boast of our proximity to beaches, bus route, downtown, tourist attractions, Baha Mar Hotel & Casino, and local eateries.
