Gravitating to hosting was a natural for us because the adjoining Colony Club Inn & Suites and Oasis Retreat hotels are family-owned properties. We decided to develop a product that offer additional comfort amenities i.e. washer/dryers, free Netflix, and emergency power generator. Sandelwood Studios was especially designed to appeal to adult couples looking for autonomy, longer stays, and a quite secure location.

We are a family-owned and managed property adjoining Colony Club Inn & Suites and Oasis Retreat Hotel which enables us to share amenities between the 3 properties. We offer four newly renovated studio apartments with free parking located in Sandlewood gated community adjoining Colony Club Inn & Suites and Oasis Retreat Hotel. Studios are specifically designed to provide all the comforts needed for a vacation rental property. Free Wi-Fi, internet, Netflix, big screen smart TV, free in-room washers, dryers & safes, hurricane impact windows, standby power generator, kitchenettes, cooktops, mini-fridges/freezers, microwaves, Iron, Ironing boards and hairdryers. The Colony Club Inn & Suites Hotel and Oasis Retreat are adjoining properties. Ice and water available at the front desk. You are invited to the Colony Club Hotel for poolside buffet breakfast, and daily poolside happy hour from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Enjoy free cocktails and mix and mingle with other guests.

Buses can take you to the fish fry restaurants and bars, downtown Nassau, Cable Beach, Baha Mar Casino, Saunders Beach, Goodman’s Bay Beach or Junkanoo Beach, all located East or West within a 1.5 miles distance from the Studios. The closest beach is Saunders Beach - 20 minutes walk.
