Welcome to Sir Charles Guest House, comprised of 3 luxurious suites - two 2 bedroom/2 bath Suites (Island Butterfly and Lily) and one 1 bedroom/1 bath suite (Sunflower). Located in the quiet settlement of South Palmetto Point, a mere 7 minutes walk from the nearest beach, Sir Charles suites is a fairly new property, constructed in 2012 and opened in 2013. Pride is taken in ensuring the rooms are comfortable and immaculately kept...that at home feel. Almost every amenity one could wish for. Near to everything in Central Eleuthera - restaurants, stores, shops, banks and activities. Virtually across the street is the Mate & Jenny's pizzeria and restaurant. Provided are beach towels, coolers, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, BBQ grill for use on the deck, washer/dryer, full stove and oven, microwave, full refrigerator, wifi, tv with cable, telephone and more. Come for a visit, stay for a while!

A born and bred Eleutheran who loves the island and its lifestyle. Loves fishing, reading and giving back to youth through Sunday School ministry. I enjoy meeting people ... a gift from my parents who worked in the tourism industry for decades. I have made long lasting friendships with people from every part of the planet. That is the real treat...a great blessing indeed!

South Palmetto Point, located smack-dab in the center of the 110 mile long Eleuthera, is ideally positioned to take advantage of equi-distance touring of both sides of the island. It is also uniquely positioned to be 5 miles south of the capital settlement of Governor's Harbour and a 3-5 minute drive from one of the most beautiful pink sand beaches in this hemisphere - the French Leave Beach. The area surrounding South Palmetto Point is replete with restaurants - native and international. The community is quiet and tranquil - good for walking and safe. Take a stroll to the nearby seaside beach or for exercise jog to Palmetto Shores. Dine nearby at Mate & Jenny's pizzeria and restaurant or walk to 3 J's grill for good native food, conch salad & BBQ specialties especially on Fridays.
