Maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests INCLUDING children. If booking 4 adults plus 1 or more children, TWO or more rooms are required. Children 11 years and younger stay for free with paying adults. Children ages 12-17 pay $50 per nights plus daily housekeeping gratuities.

The credit or debit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in at the hotel.

Upon check-in, a credit card guarantee or cash deposit of USD 250 per room per day will be held for incidental charges. Upon check-out, guests are required to settle any outstanding charges in full using a credit card, travellers’ checks or US dollars.

Mandatory Gratuity of USD $8.50 for Studios Per person, Per night, 12 and older; USD $20.00 for One-Bedroom Suites Per person, Per night, 12 and older; and $US 26.00 for Two-Bedroom Suites Per person, Per night, 12 and older.

All services and resort amenities are subject to various fees and supplements. Please be advised that effective immediately, washers and dryers are no longer available for guest use within 1 or 2 bedroom suites at The Reef Atlantis. Reef guests have complimentary access to laundry facilities on the second floor of that resort.

All advertised Resort Credits, Coupons or other Value Added offers may be subject to blackout dates in which the benefit will not be applicable. Please contact the property for information on this and any other applicable restrictions.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies Refundable Rates

• 100 percent of the first two nights plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged at time of booking.

• If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

• If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first two nights plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged.

• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged.

• Early departures will incur a penalty equal to the full-length stay at the reserved room rate.

• Total price of the reservation plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged at time of booking.

• If cancelled more than one day after booking, 100 percent of the room cost plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged.
