Hi, I’m Chencho Dema, the manager of Taktshang Paradise. We are a family-owned property, and we believe in simple family values. We treat every guest as if you are visiting our home, and we make sure you feel comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for throughout your stay. We take pride in serving mostly organic food, sourced fresh from nearby local farmers, so you can enjoy authentic and wholesome meals during your visit.
We are located by the riverside at the base of Tiger’s Nest, offering a peaceful and scenic stay surrounded by nature. During your visit, you can enjoy the soothing sound of the river, stunning river and mountain views, and relaxing nature walks. Nearby, you’ll find a traditional Bhutanese house museum that is over 100 years old, giving you a glimpse into the country’s rich heritage. You can also visit a local farmhouse to experience daily village life and Bhutanese culture firsthand. To make your stay even more special, you can enjoy a cozy campfire by the riverside, تجربة a traditional Bhutanese hot stone bath, and try your hand at archery, Bhutan’s national sport.
