These self catering units allow guests to have an authentic local experience. Centrally located they are a walking distance from shopping facilities and the mighty Okavango River. Shakawe is the gateway to Tsodilo Hills a UNESCO World Heritage Site which is 70km away and perfect for a day trip. River based activities include boat rides and fishing. Shakawe is a perfect location for birdwatching and is 12km from the Mohembo Border into Namibia.
We are a couple that love’s travelling. Hosting gives us an opportunity to meet people and showcase our beautiful country.
