Kasane Self Catering is a peaceful retreat set within a lush, lovingly maintained garden in the heart of town. Our three charming self-catering cottages are designed for comfort and relaxation, each opening onto shaded, garden-filled spaces that invite you to slow down and unwind. While the river may not be visible from your room, it is easily accessed through a gate at the front of the property leading to a deck within the branches of a beautiful Jackalberry tree, perfect for morning coffee or quiet unforgettable sunset moments. Every detail, from cosy interiors to thoughtful touches, is created to make you feel at home in a calm and welcoming environment.
Geoff and Trish, your hosts, have called Kasane home for 30 years and bring a genuine, heartfelt approach to hosting. Their journey in Kasane began when it was still a quaint little hamlet, originally owning the only general dealer in town, Trish and Geoff have built deep connections within the community and a wealth of local knowledge. They take great joy in sharing stories, offering recommendations, and helping guests experience the area in a meaningful way. To them, hosting is personal, it’s about creating a space where guests feel comfortable, cared for, and truly welcomed, like part of the family. Their greatest reward is seeing guests relax, settle in, and leave with lasting memories of their time in Kasane.
