Three Sisters views from this spacious 1100 sq ft, 2-level suite! 2 bedrooms (plus 2 x sofa beds), 2 bathrooms, & sleeps up to 8. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 designated underground parking stalls, gas fireplace, laundry, 1 deck off of the main bedroom & another huge deck off the living room with panoramic mountain views. 15 min walk to downtown Canmore, 30 min drive to downtown Banff, & 1.5 hr drive to Calgary International airport. No smoking & no pets please. One sofa bed is in the living room (please be aware this room is not completely black out), the second is in the upstairs primary bedroom. These are IKEA style sofa beds, we provide mattress toppers for additional comfort but they may not be as comfortable as a regular bed. We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason. LIABILITY WAIVER: By booking you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS/OWNERS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using any amenities, walking around the complex and climbing of stairs anywhere on the property is at your own risk.
