Unit A2806 is a two-bedroom suite on the top (second) floor for up to 4 guests, with a queen bed in each bedroom, a sofa in the living room, full kitchen, dining area, workspace, private bathroom, smart TV with Netflix and central air conditioning. Unit B2806 is a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor for up to 3 guests, with a queen bed, a sofa that converts for sleeping, full kitchen, private bathroom and central air conditioning. Please read before booking: access is by stairs only and there is no elevator - A2806 is on the top floor of a two-storey building, so please consider this if stairs are difficult for anyone in your group. Laundry on the property is shared and coin-operated. There is an exterior security camera at the building entrance for safety; there are no cameras inside the suites. Self check-in from 3:00 PM: collect the building key from the lockbox at the entrance, then enter your suite with the code we send before arrival. Free street parking in front of the property, subject to availability. Checkout is 11:00 AM with some flexibility on request. Pets are welcome. Our management office is on the main floor of the building, so someone is often on site. Pasqua Hospital is about 5 minutes away on the same street, downtown and Mosaic Stadium about 5 minutes, and Regina Airport about 7.
