This Beautiful Heritage Duplex is found in Collingwood Ontario's Downtown core, Built in 1875, it is called the "Robert Burdett Duplex" Burdett, himself is credited with building many of the buildings here in our small town. Myself and my partner live next door while we restore this sleeping beauty ! you and your guests will enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautifully redone kitchen, formal dining area and stunning touches from the past, including stained glass, original floors and mouldings to fall in love with ! 2 Parking spots are located at the back of the property for privacy and easy acess. Walk around and enjoy being in a neighbourhood that has access to everything a modern traveler may need !
