AWESOME Location on the Napanee River. Your own Private Apt. with your very own Covered Private deck & BBQ overlooking expansive lawn, BBQ Pit and River. Huge Self Contained Apt. with Lock-off. Note: This a 'basement" Apt. but House is situated on sloping hill so Apt. is actually at ground level with Sliding Glass W/O to Deck and yard. We offer a Nicely renovated Apt. lots of room for 4 Adults, Amazing County Kitchen with all dishes/utensils Pots & Pans & Utensils you will need. AND you will love our beds with quality Box Spring & Mattress- All beds have warm snuggly duvets
We have been hosting for 8 years - love meeting people from all over the world. Our hosts love our "Sticky Buns" on your first morning. Also Oatmeal/ Brown Sugar & /or Cereal plus Tea, Coffee , Creamer and Sugar Easy entry, we will let you in - no messy keys or lock boxes to have to fiddle with- main floor entry through garage (no outside stairs)
Lovely Greater Napanee - walk to the Napanee Falls (about a 20 Min. walk) Downtown with it's Historic buildings and many really good restaurants. We are about 30 min. from Kingston. Our house is just 5 Min off the 401. We are about 1/2 way between Toronto and Monteal - a nice stop-over if you are travelling. Ever Popular Sandbanks Park is about 40 Min.
