This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released. NOTE: - The patio and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season. - During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours after the snowfall has ended. - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need. - Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture and beds at all time
