Fancie's PEC consists a team of 4 people that help with the operations and upkeep of the property and services we provide our guests. Expect to be in contact with Ryan, Kerry, Judy, and Tony before, during, and after your stay. Kerry, Judy, and Tony are the family unit that live on site in separate apartments from where our guests have access to but nonetheless are on site to help answer any questions or help make your stay unforgettable! We also have 2 very cute cockapoo pups that live on site and can provide you with a nearly unlimited source of canine affection (or none whatsoever, the choice is yours!). We try to keep ourselves separate from our guest's stays as we value your privacy and independence but if you have any questions or need anything during your stay please let us know and we can help you as best as we can!

Welcome to Fancie's PEC! Our property is a family-run boutique accommodation in Prince Edward County offering 5 separate guest suites, direct access to The Bay of Quinte, and much more. When you book this suite you get our dedicated guest kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a dining room with waterfront views (unobstructed views of The Bay of Quinte), and complimentary amenities like a washer, dryer, linens, towels, toilet paper, and coffee/tea (in the dining room). Don't forget to enjoy our outdoor amenities which all of our guests have access to (including our 5-person hot tub)! With this suite (and all of our other suites) you also get a summer parking pass to Sandbanks Provincial Park.

We are located at the end of a quiet country road in PEC. At the end of the road you will find a conservation area that you can walk to and enjoy some epic sunrises/walks. On our property we have some pretty awesome sunsets over the water during the summer months, and host many different species of animals (like Swans and Herons). We are located about 10-15 minutes away from Belleville (we are just on the other side of the water, you can see Belleville from our property), 30 minutes away from Picton and Wellington, and 25 minutes away from Bloomfield.
