This property is very unique. It's the only location on the Upper Humber River where you can walk out the door and fish for Atlantic Salmon. Locals say it once was a stop over for travelling natives who would set up camp for part of the summer in search of the Atlantic Salmon. Located in Reidville the house sits on 18 acres of private land. Other than a scattered fisherman walking by, this property will ensure a very quiet and peaceful stay.

I love to fish and this property is near and dear to me. My grandmother was born here and most of her family was lost in a fire here. As a child I spent my summers frog hunting, picking hazelnuts in the trails along the river, swimming and salmon fishing of course.

The property is private and secluded but is only 10 minutes from shopping. A nine hole golf course is available for the avid golfer and a horse stable is right next door. We are also located about 30 minutes from Gros Morne National Park. The west coast of Newfoundland has great summer weather and has plenty of snow in the winter for those who love to ski, snowshoe or snowmobile.
